中国制笔协会

中国制笔协会 （China Writing Instrument Association）是1983年经中华人民共和国民政部核准登记的社团法人，是国家一级协会,是由书写工具企业单位、科研院校、从事笔类经销商及个人自愿组成的跨地区、跨部门的全国性行业组织。协会拥有会员400多家，代表15万职工。

   协会宗旨是：遵守宪法、法律、法规和国家政策，践行社会主义核心价值观，遵守社会道德风尚，自觉加强诚信自律建设，为政府部门及会员单位服务。

制笔行业生产的产品主要有自来水笔、圆珠笔、铅笔(包括木杆铅笔、纸杆铅笔、全塑铅笔)、活动铅笔、滚珠笔、白板笔、荧光笔、各种记号笔（含各种彩色水笔）、中性墨水笔、微孔签字笔、打字机、工程仪表用笔、计算机笔、蜡笔、化妆笔、各种墨水、各种制笔专用原料、塑料、不锈钢、笔用油墨、铱粒、硬质合金球珠、铅笔芯、笔用油漆、橡皮、铝箍、其他专用零部件和制笔机械等十八大类。

作为行业管理的主体和政府与会员之间的桥梁和纽带，中国制笔协会承担着全行业协调管理的重任，以"团结、诚信、创新、服务"为宗旨，以做好、维护行业企业的合法权益、热情为企业和行业服务为工作主要内容。

协会按专业分工下设七个专业委员会，负责各专业领域中业务工作的协调与管理。七个专业委员会分别为自来水笔专业委员会、圆珠笔专业委员会、铅笔专业委员会、记号笔专业委员会、打字机专业委员会、墨水专业委员会、原材料零件装备专业委员会。

协会设有综合业务部、信息展览部、办公室（会员部）、制笔行业专家委员会以及中国制笔协会驻沪联络部，全行业设有国家级的全国制笔信息中心、全国制笔标准化中心、全国铅笔及自来水笔、圆珠笔质量监督检测中心。协会主办的刊物《中国制笔》是国内外公开发行的季刊杂志，《制笔》、《全国制笔信息》月刊是行业内部刊物，免费为会员单位提供。协会还建立了独立的专业网站—中国制笔信息网(http://buddaheads.com)。

中国制笔协会成立至今历经八届理事会，第八届理事会理事长王淑琴，副理事长吴少平（专职），另外还有32名企业负责人为兼职副理事长，秘书长任秀英。

多年来，中国制笔协会在制定行业规划，推动科技进步，实施名牌战略，开展技术培训，加强国际间经贸合作交流，组团赴国外考察，培育专业市场，举办国际展览会，提高信息服务等活动中做出了卓有成效的工作。本行业企业生产的笔类产品和各种笔用原材料，零部件等主要产品除供应国内市场需求外还销往世界150多个国家和地区，深受国际市场的青睐。中国制笔工业经过几代人的共同努力，面貌发生了历史性变化，形成了相当规模和一定水平、门类比较齐全，既能基本满足国内需求，又有一定国际竞争能力的生产体系，成为世界制笔生产大国和出口大国。中国制笔协会将不断为制笔行业的繁荣与进步贡献力量。

中国制笔协会常年开展积极的国际交流与合作，诚挚欢迎国际制笔同仁来华参观访问、洽谈贸易、技术交流、经济合作、投资融资，在互利互惠的基础上谋求共同发展。

With over 400 members representing 150,000 employees, China Writing Instrument Association (CWIA) was established in 1983 inBeijing and registered as social economic body.

CWIA is a national organization, whose members consist of enterprises, institutions, research institutes, trade organizations and individuals from different regions. Our products include fountain pens, ball pens, pencils, mechanical pencils, roller pens, white board pens, highlighter pens, all kinds of marker pens, gel ink pens, microdot pens, project instrument pens, computer pens, crayon, cosmetic pencils, writing inks, equipments and making-pen special materials, such as plastic, stainless steel, iridium, the ball pearl of hard alloy, lead, paint, erasers, aluminum hoop and other spare parts, etc.

Under CWIA，There are 10 committees According to specialty, including fountain pen committee, pencil committee, ball pen committee, mark pen committee, Student articles committee, ink committee, raw materials and parts committee, drawing pen committee, machinery and equipment committee, typewriter committee.

Since establishing, CWIA has experienced six councils altogether and president of the sixth council is Mr. Gao Juncheng. Vice-president are Mr. Meng Lingyan and Ms. Wei Shunjun. Moreover, there are 49 part-time vice presidents who are leaders of enterprises or institutions. Mr. Zheng Xinwen and Mr. Wu Shaoping serve as deputy secretary-general.

The aim of CWIA is to carry out the relevant laws, regulations, and policies and to maintain the interest of the whole industry as well as the legal right of members.

The main roles of CWIA are as follows:

1.               To bridge the government, enterprises and markets;

2.            ;   To protect interest of members while standing to the law and regulation;

3.   ;            To deploy the research on the basic information of the industry and promote the technology process;

4.               To improve the enterprises management and enhance the healthy development of the industry;

5.               To organize the internal information communication, technique training and provide consultation service;

6.               To coordinate the relations among the enterprises and inter-trade on production, operation, price, quality, and so on, and protect the fair competition;

7.               To work out industrial standard and supervise product quality;

8.               To hold International Exhibition of Writing Instruments and Office Stationery in China;

9.               To edit and publish《China Writing Instrument》and《National Writing Instrument Information》magazines.

  Through several generations’ efforts, the industry has changed very greatly in China. According to current statistics, the number of relevant enterprises in China has exceeded 3000, which shows evidently that CWIA has a broad membership basis.
